Here I am with my last LIVE JUNGLE report! Time sure flies fast. Sadly no news on when the next live will be but hopefully we won't have to wait long till we hear something.
Before Concert
Grabbed the Nanette pins in the crazy summer heat. Thank goodness there was some seating inside for us to cool down before the concert began.

Day 1: Pretty much the same as in other venues. Nana talks a bit about the sudden rain that came upon us a bit before the live started and asks if everyone made it safely and then remarks that of course everyone who is here responding to her made it. xD She asks if everyone is ready, first the arena, then level 3, level 5 and level 7 and then does the same joke as Mamo-chan at King Super Live of "Where did level 2 and 4 go?!?!"
Day 2: Same as in other venues, we even got the Mamo joke again.

Can't believe it's my last time hearing Link or Chains for sure! I tried to savor every moment of it as much as possible. Here's to hoping it'll be one of the songs Nana releases on her YouTube eventually.

Lots of quizzing them and us on Yokohama related things! Details have escaped my brain yet again.

Day 1: Mawatte! Mou ikkai with all the guitarists - Kenny, Itaruvic and Shintarantino. Nana asks Kenny how has LIVE JUNGLE been and mentions how Kenny seems to get more and more energetic towards the end of the live each night. Kenny says he gets the energy of a hundred people from our cheers. Nana then mentions how they have the plants everyone has sent as the stage decorations and the water gimmick. She mentions how it was close that they wouldn't be able to get the water gimmick for all venues since there was a risk in Sendai and Wakayama that the water would be too heavy and the ceiling would fall down so they solved it with the water coming from the floor for those venues. She then addresses Itaruvic and tells him to say what he said when it wasn't sure if the water gimmick would happen and he was like well, then Nana wouldn't be Mizu (water) ki (tree), she'd just be Ki (tree) nomi (only) lol. Nana then briefly talks with Shintarantino as well.
Nana then explains the Cherry Boys' number one Nana song -corner and tonight's song will be picked by Champ, who joined during the acoustic live she had during the pandemic in 2020. She asks how these four years have been and Champ says it's still been just pretty much new songs every time and he's already played like 160+ different ones! Nana says that's barely half of all her songs so there's still plenty left. Champ's pick for tonight is the song he wants to perform the most.

There wouldn't be time to bug them all though so Nana decides to talk to Itaruvic and asks him what he thought of this all arena live. He said it was pretty tough since it's always two concerts per weekend so he was beat every Monday after, though the toughest is always the early rehearsals when they haven't quite figured out all the minutia of the performance. Once it all clicks in place it becomes much easier actually.

Nana also comments how she gets power and then gives back and then gets power from us herself. She also tells how Shintarantino has a habit of quizzing the Cherry Boys random facts during rehearsals. His pick is the number one Nana song he heard, back before he was even aware of the song being one of hers.
11.Thermidor or NEW SENSATION
HOLY. SHIT!!!! Thermidor!!!! I have been wanting to hear this ever since I became a Nana fan, but I've always managed to miss it when she performed it live. I love it to bits and it did NOT disappoint. It felt a little weird having Nana perform it in her rainbow outfit but still, the melancholic atmosphere of Thermidor is unbeatable.
Also, NEW SENSATION definitely wasn't what I was expecting from Shintarantino so I am very impressed! It's crazy how different the mood was between these two songs we got for this corner this weekend.
Day 1: Champ played NOëL ~La neige~ and is a big fan hence he really wanted to play Thermidor. Nana talks about how she recorded that at 18 years old and it was the character song from that game. She also mentions how when she got this corner ok'd and they sent the request to pick songs in the Cherry Boys' LINE group, Champ replied with his choice instantly with no hesitation - he was the fastest to reply out of all of them. Nana also mentions how Shintarantino apparently likes Champ's face and says she is energized by this power of love.
Day 2: Shintarantino talks about how he used to hear NEW SENSATION played everywhere like in the convenience store and izakaya and it kinda stuck in his head even though he didn't know who's song it was. When he joined the Cherry Boys for LIVE HEROES he barely knew anything about Nana, but once he heard she also does radio shows he decided to once check out smile-gang and coincidently they played NEW SENSATION and he finally found out it was one of her songs. Shintarantino quizzes Nana on what number single NEW SENSATION was and Nana says her 7th and tells to include her in his quizzes too.
12.砂漠の海 or Polaris / 13.優しい記憶
The moment we got 砂漠の海 for the first night I got sad since I knew it wasn't coming again for the second, but I am still very happy I got to hear it twice this tour!
insert movie
Researcher Nana in her laboratory all alone (apart from a Nanette robot)! She does her nails before getting on with the research of the day. For break time, she plays some ping pong with the Nanette robot, making the Nanette robot glitch thanks to hitting it on the head with the ball. While glitching Hiroshi Kamiya takes over the robot and encourages Nana to find the answer to her research from within her by doing a rap about Jungle or doing the call of the 17 year olds club.

Got stupidly excited about hearing UNBREAKABLE and 革命デュアリズム again, so sweet to be getting them both on the same day even.

Day 1: Explanation of the insert movie as usual. Once Nana mentions the rap of course we ask her to do it again and she first goes into her usual description of how hard it was to do this for the movie since no one reacted on set, so she does the rap again and we respond to her when she asks for calls.
Day 2: Explanation of the insert movie as usual. Of course, Nana needs to do the seventeen years old club greeting of "I am 17 years old!" to which we reply "oi oi" and then she replies with "hai hai" on stage for us again. She says she will message the president of the 17 year old club later and apologize (Kikuko Inoue). Here's Inoue-san in action if you wanna see what kind of greeting we are talking about:

Day 1: Seven times Shassu! One special shassu tonight for the folks who attended LIVE FLIGHT in Yokohama Stadium since that was the last time Nana had one of her lives in Yokohama - 10 years ago. She's been in Yokohama since then for King Super Live and the Fan Club Event so it feels like she's been there a lot even though that's not the case when it comes to her own lives. She then does the usual talk about smile-gang and we celebrate M no Sekai having its 777th episode air just this week.
Day 2: Seven times Shassu! One special shassu tonight for those born in July. Usual talk about smile-gang and M no Sekai. Apparently Nana needs the stars to be visible tonight on Tanabata to not get a penalty point on smile-gang so she tells us to check the situation when we exit the venue. She comments on how there barely was a rain season this year and wonders if it is because of LIVE JUNGLE and her hare onna power. We get a couple of announcements - tonight's LIVE JUNGLE will be broadcast on TV in October! And Nana will be releasing a new album early next year! Apparently there's a lot more planned for her 25th anniversary year but she can't share more with us at this point.

Oh, wasn't expecting 7月7日 here, thought it would be the second encore!! Really lovely to hear it again as it's been quite a long time. I was surprised to see that Nana got pretty emotional by the end of it, making me wonder if it's because she has someone to think about now when singing it. Now that I think about it, I think in the insert movie Nana fixed the "code" to bits of lyrics from 7月7日, as I do remember seeing her write 流れ星 and 星のいのち (though the song has it the other way round as 命の星). Idk, I guess I'd need to see it again, I could just be reaching here.

25. 76th Star or 26. SUPER GENERATION
I was expecting a second encore on July 7th but not on the first night - though I have to say that getting 76th Star on July 6th is so fitting. Very lovely surprise! Since on the second night we already got 7月7日 earlier I couldn't really guess what she'd give for us during the second encore but turns out it was SUPER GENERATION (since we got POWER GATE instead of it earlier that night). Somehow Nana was very emotional and tearing up for SUPER GENERATION, making me wonder if it's because she's frustrated she can't tell us when the next live will be yet like she'd usually do. I don't think I've seen her get this emotional since LIVE FLIGHT in Singapore.
