So I've been pretty hooked on Double Shuffle ever since it came out last week! I'm really digging the different vibe compared to Nana's usual repertoire and always find myself captivated when she tries something new. She also asked folks to pay attention to the lyrics in her short message video to Spotify which I did and then couldn't help but jump head first into a translation when I had a bit of down time. Hope you all are enjoying it as much as I am!

On a random note, I kinda got interested in the term double shuffle, since Nana mentioned that it has the meaning "to betray" and also "to bluff that you shuffled in a card game, when you actually did not", but couldn't really find much on it in Japanese and nothing really in English (apart from a dance, drumming and some shady business in Canadian politics). But! I did find this list of false shuffles and I ended up watching some YouTube tutorials for some like the Zarrow Shuffle... maybe in case my game dev career hits a wall I can become a magician next. xD
Anyway, I have rambled on about random things long enough... let's get down to translation business!
Btw... I'm still working on カルペディエム (Carpe diem) as well, which came first on my translation Twitter poll a while back, but it's been a bit tricky to get it to feel right so give me some more time with that one! 🙇
